The Contemplative Toolkit is a new resource from the Diocese of Oxford. It is relevant for people of all faiths and worldviews, offering five contemplative practices to help us to embrace some of the ancient wisdom of the Christian tradition. It is also designed to assist us in navigating the world around us. Contemplation and ‘mindfulness’ have much to offer at this time. These afternoon sessions will bring five contemplative practices into your life. You can also access similar sessions as recordings on St Mary’s Church Banbury YouTube page.
