For many years Marilyn produced Variety Shows at St Mary’s Church. Through her extensive contacts she organised local artists to perform, and the shows provided great entertainment, as well as raising valuable funds to help the local community. However, that was only one part of her wide-ranging activities. 

This Variety Show will be in memory of Marilyn who   served the community with love, boundless energy and infectious enthusiasm. Each Act, though entertaining in itself, will relate to a part of her life. 

Come and be prepared to have fun whilst recalling and celebrating the life of one of Banbury’s own loveable and individual characters.

The Church is there for the benefit of everyone, religious (irrespective of faith or denomination) or otherwise. 100% of the funds raised (there will be no deductions for costs) will be donated to St Mary's Church where a new café facility is being planned within the church to welcome all visitors. This would have been a project dear to Marilyn’s heart.
